App-Rentice allows you to display your Main and Sub-Categories as Tiles or as a list.

### Image Specification

**1.0**  
  
Recommended  
- .png or .jpg - use .png for images with solid colours and .jpg if using photos  
- Total size dimensions - 1200w x 500h  
- Have the main or focused part of the image in the centre 600w x 500h

### Suggestions

**2.0**  
  
Solid Icons  
- .png (sharper edges)  
- image centred  
- branding or category coloured background

**2.1**  
  
Transparent Background - background is white in devices light mode and dark grey in the dark mode  
- .png  
- If using white, make sure it has a different coloured outline or it won't show in light mode  
- image centred

Photos  
- .jpg  
- Have the main or focused part of the photo in the centre 600w x 500h  
- Use colours filters to create a more uniform look

Reference diagrams / images  
- .png  
- Have the image in the centre 600w x 500h  
- Text won't be readable on most screens  
- Background can be transparent or coloured
